The Black Garden mission takes place in Meridian Bay, Mars.
There are multiple boss fights in this, the final chapter of Destiny. These include the Eshaton Mind, Imminent Mind, and Primeval Mind.
I completed this mission without dying using my level 20 Warlock, a scout rifle, and a heavy machine gun.
